Rescheduling and Late Policy

A 24-hour rescheduling notice is required. I realize emergencies happen and will be considered, but reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% for missed appointments without a 24-hour notice. If you are more than 10 minutes late I cannot guarantee that I will be able to fit your appointment into the schedule and you may not be seen. If I cannot accommodate you, there will be a fee charged for the missed appointment. After two appointments cancelled within 24 hours, all future appointments must be paid in advance. No-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

Clear Skin Program

All those who are on my acne program are required to use only the skincare products assigned to you from Mikura. This is because acne is challenging enough to clear and we need full control of what is going onto your skin. We do not want to wonder if another product is causing problems. The products we use carry a high percentage of active ingredients and combining two different regimens may cause a skin reaction.

Product Returns and Exchanges

All items are final sale. Please contact me or your physician if you believe you may be experiencing a negative reaction to the products you’ve been given.

No Children Policy

We write this notice with the utmost respect to all parents and understand that this can be a sensitive issue. For safety and liability reasons, no children or other parties may accompany you during your treatment. I do not have the facilities to care for children so I ask that you make arrangements for off-site child care during your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
