Mikura runs on a by-appointment-only basis with a full schedule and an active waitlist. Please read the cancellation policy before booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling - standard appointments 

• 48 hours' notice required to cancel or reschedule without charge
• Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours: 50% of the service fee is charged
• No-call no-shows: 100% of the service fee is charged

Cancellation & Rescheduling - Saturday appointments

• Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours: 100% of the service fee is charged
• Saturdays book out months ahead, which means last-minute gaps can’t be filled

Notice policy - 48hrs (but the earlier the better!)

48 hours meets the policy minimum, but earlier notice is always appreciated as it gives us the chance to offer your slot to someone on the waitlist. Our cancellation policy protects your time — and our ability to keep the studio running at the level of excellence you expect.
